For the past ten plus years, Betsy has worked with children in a range of environments. For the previous five years, she has focused on working with kids who have developmental disabilities. She began her ABA career by establishing multiple contracts with school districts around the state, including direct treatment services, school consults, and teacher professional development. She also holds a Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification as a trainer. As the Treatment Director of BC Behavioral, Betsy currently serves children and their families across Oklahoma with ABA therapy.

BCBA/BCaBA Autism Experts

BC Behavioral supervisors are highly proficient in the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) follow the professional and ethical guidelines set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). To get certified, candidates must meet rigorous educational criteria, complete a required amount of supervised experience, and earn continuing education credits in order to keep their board certification. In addition, a master's degree, 225 hours of graduate studies focused on ABA, and passing the Board Certification exam are prerequisites for all BCBAs.

Landon Sikes M.A, BCBA, CPI Instructor with Advanced Techniques

As a certified CPI trainer, he has led BC Behavior's inaugural Behavioral Bootcamp for local school staff, and he is capable of certification as well. Landon got into this industry to support those in the special needs community, a population he believes is frequently overlooked by society. After starting out as an RBT and eventually moving on to become an intern, he passed his exam in February 2023 to become a BCBA.

Under the direct supervision of the BCBA, they observe the processes of ABA therapy, including behavior reduction assessments using both formal and informal methods of assessment (e.g., FAs, FBAs, parent interviews), creating individual treatment plans, and updating those plans weekly with programming updates.
