Where do I start?
The key to insurance covered ABA Therapy is a current documented diagnosis from an MD, PhD or PsyD, Licensed Psychologist or Neurologist and in some cases a prescription for ABA treatment. If your diagnostic report is over 2 years old, a recommendation/prescription for ABA services may be required by your insurance.
If you do not yet have a diagnosis and are in need of an Autism evaluation contact us for a referral to a licensed professional who can provide a Clinical Diagnostic Evaluation.
What will I need?
Email our client intake specialist office@bcbehavioral.com or call (405)562-3776 and we will send a secured link for submission of the following:
1. Diagnostic Evaluation
2. Front and back of your insurance card
3. Address, phone number, caregiver name, child name, child date of birth, etc.
