Services Available
BC Behavioral accepts both private pay and insurance. Many plans have different eligibility to receive ABA services. We will assist each family with navigating their coverage options. BC Behavioral commits as serving as your advocate to ensure that your carrier provides all services as required.
Once approved, a certified professional will assess your child’s behavioral and academic needs to develop an individualized treatment plan and programming. BC Behavioral specializes in severe behaviors and we have specially designed custom built rooms to handle such behaviors in the most safe and efficient manner. We also specialize in clients over the age of 10, while we do have clients younger than this, Oklahoma is still fairly new to the world of ABA, and often times older clients get turned away due to not having the experience to safely handle such behaviors, BC Behavioral comes in to promise no child will ever be turned away due to severe behaviors.
All of our RBTs are CPI with advanced skills certified and we also had 3 CPI advanced physical skills instructors with the company! We are currently on an 8-10 month waiting list but you are more than welcome to call our office and we will email you to fill out the necessary paperwork and you will be contacted when a spot is available! If you’re ever interested in when we will be off the waitlist and accepting clients, follow our company Facebook for any clinic updates and events!
BC Behavioral is also proudly a preferred EPIC vender and work with teachers via Zoom and in person to ensure our clients don’t get left behind academically! Make sure you ask us about how we work with EPIC when you begin our enrollment process so that we can keep clear communication between parents and their teacher!
ABA Therapy
BC Behavioral works with each individual family to schedule ABA services that fit into the families schedule. BC Behavioral staff conduct services in the client’s home, school, at the clinic, and in the community. Teaching in the home environment facilitates learning of skills in the environment in which the child will be most often and will use their newly learned skills the most. To encourage generalization and retention of skills, ABA therapy is provided in as many of the child's natural everyday environments as possible. Family, siblings and peers are encouraged to participate to expand the clients generalization of skills.
Community events may include play dates, trips to the grocery store, birthday parties, trips to the zoo, parks, museums, and more.

In School Consultations
Our BCBA consultants work within local school districts to provide BCBA consultation and supervision within the schools under contracts provided by the district. A BCBA is available to provide services such as: Functional Behavior Assessments, Professional Development, Behavior Coaching, Behavioral Plans, and IEP Support. Our team of highly qualified technicians are equipped to provide one on one services for students with severe behaviors in schools. All technicians are CPI trained in using nonviolent crisis intervention practices designed for managing difficult situations and disruptive behaviors. BC Behavioral staff are equipped in identifying at-risk individuals and use nonverbal and verbal techniques to defuse hostile behavior.
An Individualized Education Plan (IEP) support is offered to help parents navigate the world of the IEP and to advocate for parents rights under Federal and State special education laws such as IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act). BC Behavioral works collaboratively with our clients IEP teams to facilitate generalization of skills across all our clients environments.
BC Behavioral is contracted in several school districts, this is not an insurance provided, but district provided service. If you are wondering if this is a good fit for your child but not sure if they qualify, please contact us so we can help!
Parent Consultations
Parents receive training in the home in order to target real life everyday situations. Parents are given the tools to support their child's learning and development as well as the right strategies to decrease problem behaviors and stereotypical, repetitive behaviors seen in children on the Autism spectrum. Parents, siblings, grandparents and other caregivers are taught and encouraged to use behavior analytic principles with your child. The more caregivers in your child's environment implementing behavior analytic strategies the more learning, growth and generalization of newly learned skills will occur.
Please contact us if you have any questions about the services we provide, or if you would like any additional information.
